The Composite cab corners are installed by replacing your old rusted cab corners, cut out the old and cut to fit the new cab corner into place. set it in place by clamps and/or screws let adhesive dry, back out any screws remove clamps.

To put it simple The Neverrust panel dept. makes all the panels somewhat the same way they make corvettes parts. They are made from a hard composite but still has good flexibility kinda like memory steel.

Yes. Just as a snowmobile body part would, We use practically the same chemical process as snowmobile parts are made. Would be very safe and hold up in sub-zero weather.
